Whoa, did you know Weezer went to Harvard? Yeah, it’s true! It’s not every day you hear about a rock band attending one of the most prestigious universities in the world. But that’s exactly what happened with Weezer. They were accepted into Harvard and even performed at a few events while they were there. Talk about impressive!

Well, Rivers Cuomo was really livin’ the dream! After his band Weezer hit it big, he decided to take a break and go back to school. So in 2008, he graduated from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in English. Talk about impressive!

  5. After graduating from Harvard in 2006, Cuomo rejoined the band full-time and they released their fifth album Make Believe that same year to critical acclaim.
